The Owner is developing the site as a new llocation for his current retaurant one block away. The three residential units above will become residences for him and his family. The designers stived to enliven the corner with large windows, large awnings and lighted signage. Natural concrete and wood finishes at the ground level will provide a tactile, interesting, and inviting texture to the exterior skin.
