Fillon Solis Architects Inc was hired as local associate architect on this project by Bosa Development California Inc.
The project site is located in the San Francisco Mission Bay Redevelopment Area at Block 10 and Block 10a. The site is bounded by China Basin Street on the north, Mission Bay Boulevard North on the south, Terry A. Francois Boulevard on the east, and Third Street on the west. Block 10 is primarily residential with a ground floor retail component along the west frontage facing Third Street. Block 10a is exclusively residential.
Block 10 consists of a six-to-nine storey base and two sixteen-storey towers. A two-storey podium houses the required parking for this block and supports a landscaped courtyard as a communal amenity for project residents. Block 10a consists of five-to-nine storey height buildings at the north and south frontages. A three-storey interior podium houses the required parking for this block and supports a landscaped courtyard as a communal amenity for project residents. Unit types consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom with den, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom with den, and townhouses.
