The project is located in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The project scope includes the remodeling and expansion of six existing units above a new parking level. The design provides new residences with open plan interior spaces and contemporary finishes. The exterior materials and articulation of forms used on the front facade are intended to restore the massing of the origional, while giving the whole compositon a fresh and appealing look.
